Shipping policy

At Man Kave Gems and Accessories, we ship fast and safely! 
Standard flat-rate shipping $5.95. Orders $100 and over ship FREE!

Due to COVID-19 shipping delays when we order products from Paparazzi, the following orders containing the listed items below will not ship for at least 21 days (or until the product arrives).  

Note: This can be up to 4 weeks after invoicing.

Please know that we invoice to secure your claim and order the product as stated.  However, we have no control over when or how fast Paparazzi ships, and items may arrive up to 4 weeks later and out of purchase order.  

We appreciate your kind patience in understanding that as SOON as the product arrives, we SHIP.  Any messages about shipping timing and tracking can be answered in this way. 

You will receive tracking via email as soon as your items ship.  We are on it - working our best to get you items as soon as possible.  Thanks again for your patience and take this timeline into account when ordering/claiming these affected items.

Items are shipped to the address provided by the customer therefore, please ensure all shipping information is correct. We are not liable for shipping errors due to incorrect shipping information. It is your responsibility to respond prior to shipment with correct shipping information. Please create an account and ensure your contact information and shipping address is current and correct.

Due to postal theft or error, there is no liability for shipping delays/errors/loss or damage upon shipment. We pack securely and safely for transport but once it enters the postal system, it is out of our hands. Please note you are assuming all risk for using a third-party transport such as USPS by shopping at Man Kave Gems and Accessories. Insurance is available upon request by the customer PRIOR to being issued a shipment confirmation.

All items ship (unless noted otherwise) via USPS 3 Day First Class. Each order will include tracking which will be emailed to the email address listed on the invoice.

Upon purchase, please allow 10 days for processing and an additional 3-5 days for shipment to arrive.

Holiday/High Volume items and or shipments cannot be guaranteed for holiday delivery. Please take all turnaround times into account when shopping.
