Refund policy

Items may be returned if it has a manufacturer's defect for a replacement (based on availability) or refunded via online store credit. 

To return an item, please email mkg.accessories11@gmail.com within 72 hours upon receipt of the item that you wish to return. The item must be returned to us within 5 days of the initial request to return. Upon receipt of your request to return an item, we will provide instructions for how to return the item to us. If you do not follow the instructions, you will be responsible for the return postage. Upon receipt of the item, provided it is returned in the same condition in which it was sent, and under the terms described, we will issue a refund via store credit or credit the original payment method. We only accept returns if items are defective, once an item has been worn it will not be accepted for a return.
